Tier Lost webhook now lists the customer's new tier

The Tier Lost event now documents new_tier, the tier the customer moves down to. It was always in the payload but missing from the docs. new_tier and old_tier also list redemption_option: the reward a customer gets when they enter that tier, or null. The example payload shows a customer moving from Gold to Bronze.
