The app key (Store ID) and API secret are unique codes for your account.
- You'll need your app key to perform most API calls, and your API secret to generate the utoken.
- The API secret is only visible to Yotpo account administrators. Users with staff permissions cannot view the API secret.
App key vs. Store ID
We're gradually phasing out the term "App key" and replacing it with the term "Store ID". These terms mean exactly the same thing but, for now, you may see them used interchangeably across our platform and documentation.
